Why my account was rejected?

I’d provide ID Card correctly before so why my account was rejected by your team? I don’t know why!

And you told me creat new account again and provide the ID Card again though how can I be sure it will not be again? Pls let me know !

Make sure you register with the same information as your identity. Including your address and name.
